Something so simple and free like grounding can improve your wellbeing without having to work hard at all. Let me tell you about grounding and its benefits!

Grounding or earthing involves having direct contact with the Earth’s surface. Walking barefoot in the grass, sand, or even concrete that is not sealed. Lying directly on the ground or being in the lake or ocean. The Earth has a negative electrical charge and when the body is in contact with the earth it pulls your body's positive charges out to neutralize them. These positive charges build up in the body from stress and toxins. Grounding allows your body to have the space it needs to heal and recharge.
Do you remember playing outside barefoot as a kid and you never hurt afterwards. Running, jumping, playing, digging in the dirt! It's because you were grounding. Today we are so worried about the cute shoes and working so much that we never go outside. It is taking a huge toll on our bodies and we didn’t even know it.
With amazing health benefits like reduced inflammation, mood and stress regulation, improving sleep quality, better blood circulation, and improving signs and symptoms of chronic illness. 30 minutes per day out in nature and grounding can improve your mental and physical health quickly, effectively, and free.
There are now more ways to include grounding in your life even if you just can not get outside or you live in a place where there is not easy access to the natural elements. There are mats at your desk while sitting on the couch and sheets for grounding all night which will significantly increase your grounding time.
