TESTIMONIALS

I had a desire to learn more about my faith and was overwhelmed with life in general. I liked that I felt you could relate. Like you had been where I was in your life at some point too. I felt you really cared about seeing changes for the better. I now have a routine and habit of listening to my Hallow app each day and have learned and felt better about my relationship with God. I’m also so proud of my garden that I planted throughout this process. I’ve learned to try to appreciate things and people more. I would recommend coaching to anyone that feels lost or feels they need help with Mentally sorting things out in their life.

Before I started working with my Nurse Coach, Denise Kelley, I had many troubling situations in my life. Stressful, real-life issues that I had been unable to address. After just one session, I felt the confidence to start working on my goals... to improve my health, both physically and emotionally. Working with Denise was amazing. I felt comfortable sharing with her and I felt empowered by her support. I believe my coaching sessions have taught me to cope better with stress and I'm learning not to be so hard on myself if I don't reach a goal. I just remind myself about baby steps.... progress, not perfection! Overall, I feel anyone could benefit from having Denise as a Nurse Coach. Thank you so much for sharing this opportunity with me.

Before I started working with you, I felt stuck. I was overwhelmed with daily responsibilities, lacked direction in both my personal and professional life, and often doubted my ability to make meaningful changes. I knew I wanted more out of life, but I didn’t know how to get there or even where to begin. Our coaching sessions have been transformational. You helped me gain clarity on my values and goals, and you provided a safe space for me to explore my thoughts without judgment. With your guidance, I’ve developed better boundaries, improved my confidence, and taken tangible steps toward my goals. What stands out most is how seen and supported I’ve felt. You didn’t just offer advice—you helped me uncover answers from within myself. That empowerment has made a huge difference in my overall well-being. I feel more grounded, hopeful, and aligned with who I want to be. Working with you has been one of the most supportive and empowering experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, you created a space where I felt truly heard and understood. I never felt judged or rushed—you met me exactly where I was and helped me move forward with clarity and compassion. What I liked most about our coaching relationship was your ability to ask the right questions—the kind that really made me stop and reflect. You didn’t give me quick fixes or cookie-cutter advice. Instead, you helped me reconnect with my own inner wisdom and take ownership of my choices. That’s something I deeply value. There was also a great balance of structure and flexibility. You kept me accountable while also allowing room for things to evolve naturally. I always left our sessions feeling clearer, more motivated, and more connected to my goals. Through our coaching sessions, I experienced a real shift—both internally and externally. One of the biggest benefits was gaining clarity on what truly matters to me. I stopped chasing things out of obligation or fear and started making decisions that feel aligned with my values. As a result, I’ve set healthier boundaries, improved my confidence, I’ve also noticed a significant change in how I handle stress—I’m more grounded, present, and resilient. Beyond the tangible achievements, I now have a deeper sense of self-trust. I no longer second-guess every decision. I feel more capable, more intentional, and honestly, more at peace with where I am and where I’m going. One of the biggest insights I’ve gained through this process is that I already have the answers—I just needed help uncovering them. I used to look outside myself for validation or direction, but now I’ve learned to tune in, trust my intuition, and lead from a place of authenticity. I also discovered how much my mindset was shaping my reality. Through our work, I became more aware of the limiting beliefs and patterns that were holding me back. Recognizing them was the first step, but learning how to challenge and shift them has been incredibly powerful. Another key learning is that progress isn’t always linear—and that’s okay. You helped me redefine success, not as perfection, but as showing up consistently and with intention. That perspective has changed how I approach both my goals and myself. I would absolutely recommend your coaching to anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads—whether personally or professionally. Your coaching would be especially powerful for people who are ready to make a change but don’t quite know how to get there, or who feel disconnected from their own voice and values. I think your approach is perfect for those who are open to deep reflection, want more than surface-level solutions, and are ready to do the inner work that leads to lasting growth. Whether it’s a creative professional, a leader or nurse navigating burnout, or someone simply wanting to feel more aligned and empowered in their life—I’d wholeheartedly send them your way.

Hope this finds you doing well also. So thankful for our experience together. We had our first meeting on my 60th birthday, May 21 2025. Life was not going how I expected it to be. I’m currently divorced and unemployed, a stage I did not expect to be in at this time in my life. I am so frustrated with our health system expectations: staff to patient care ratios, unrealistic charting, scheduling and favoritism shown by administration. I was ready to quit/leave last job then I was fired. That was a blow to my self-esteem, left me wondering what my realistic options and expectations could be. When we first met you encouraged me to take care of myself. You gave me motivation to set some budget goals and health care/ exercise goals. You listened without judging me. We discussed getting my home in order before returning to work. Talked about how everything has a time and a place: See what I need to see, hear what I need to hear, and always keep learning. Your encouragement gave me confidence to keep going, remember to breathe and relax myself. The information and practice you provided on mindfulness and grounding was very informative. Anyone needing to know they are not alone will be good candidates for your coaching and guidance. I am continuing to work on my Life goals and budget. I hope this summary helps you in your education and I am thankful for your coaching.

Before I started working with you, I was in a place of stress and being tired all the time. I never felt like I could catch up on everyday things as there are always things going on. The coaching sessions have had a positive impact on my life by helping me to slow down and find time in my day to focus on me and give myself a few minutes to breath and process things happening rather than just rushing through life. Also, the mindfulness exercises really helped me to focus in and let out the worries of the moment and just be present. I would say my experience of working with you was very pleasant. You always had a very calm tone and helped lead me to conclusions that I essentially came up with through your guidance. I think my favorite part of working with you was the guidance in helping me to find me time in a busy schedule. It always seemed so impossible before. But I learned how to squeeze time in whenever and wherever I can. I also really enjoyed the mindfulness exercises. They really helped to calm my inner self and learn how to just be present and love myself. I would say that some of the benefits I gained would be that I now have the understanding that I need to slow down sometimes and give myself grace in the hard things. That I am good enough and that I am worth the time and effort to give myself a little leniency, I am able to focus on things that matter more and not just simply rush around all the time, but to try and savor each moment. I think that the new insights I have discovered from this process is simply that it's okay to have a little "me" time. I am important too and I am giving myself the things I need to stay healthy and happy, it is better for everyone. And in turn is a great example of how to be for my children who are watching everything. I would recommend anyone who is looking for any help on wanting to better their lives. This was a very positive experience. I think lots of people could benefit from these coaching sessions!
