Burnout wearing you down?

Are you always tired, cynical, and feeling like you just are not as effective as you used to be?

When you are mental, physically and emotionally drained you are burnt out! What is so sad about feeling this way is that it can lead to physical problems as well. Like headaches, sleep deprivation, GI issues, irritability, and withdrawal from being active.

Burnout can impact your life in many different ways, personal and professional. We can shift from the different stages to burnout daily and typically get worse if not addressed and worked through.
Handling job burnout can come in many forms as well. Like more sleep, exercise, and mindfulness. Working with your boss to express your concerns. Or seeking help with a counselor or coach.
If you don’t do something about burnout all the negative effects will spill over into all areas of your life. Not only can it affect your relationships and can affect your body causing a lower immune system or gaining weight.
